Hi Spunk, Thank you for your reply. Currently, I'm using Intel's motherboard DH77EB and Intel's core i5 3470 @ 3. Microsoft Drivers For Windows 10 more. 2Ghz.
I've contacted Intel and they said that both supports 2K resolution. However, the maximum resolution I can get is only 1920 x 1080px. I have tried to update the driver via windows update, it shows that I'm already using the latest driver.

Intel asked me to install the driver from Viewsonic. Unfortunately, none of the driver listed above work for me. I'm using HDMI port on the DH77EB, I don't have any separate graphic card. Best regards, Jessica.
Dear all, I'm trying to install the driver for a Viewsonic VX3209-2K monitor: However, the installations was failed. I have tried these drivers with compatibility settings, but none of them works From what I've found to date, the 'driver' you get from your monitor vendor doesn't install a h/w device driver. It installs a color profile for your monitor. I looked at a couple of drivers you listed. Look like they install a (.PAL) file (color palette). I've seen other monitor 'drivers' install an.ICC file. (International Color Consortium) If you already like the color on your monitor you don't really need a color file.
Even if you can't find one, your monitor will run just fine without. Do the manual adjustments without it.
