I have a Dell computer that I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (Enterprise). The computer has a LaserJet M1319f MFP attached to it, When that printer is my default printer, the CPU goes high and my office products (excel, word, outlook) become unresponsive. If I change the default printer to another printer everything is fine. If I print a document and select the 1319, the cpu goes high and the programs are unresponsive. I can eventually get into the print menu again and select a different printer and then everything goes back to normal. I am running the 18.104.22.168861 drivers and the 20120302 firmware. I downloaded and ran the print and scan doctor, but it did not find any issues.
Has anyone seen this behavior or have any suggestions? Thanks, Eric. Hello, Thanks for the update!
